We sell snack products made with aloha — inspired by the flavors and traditions of Hawai‘i. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but we reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies, including after an order has been placed.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. Payments are securely processed through third-party services, such as Stripe or PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within [list of regions or countries you ship to, e.g., “the United States”]. Shipping times and rates are listed at checkout. 4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all snack sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. See our full Returns Policy for details.

All content on our site — including logos, branding, photos, text, and packaging — belongs to Chan’s Island Snacks and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
