At Chan’s Island Snacks, we do our best to pack every order with care and ship it quickly — because snacks should never keep you waiting. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping timelines, rates, and return process.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Business days excludes Saturday, Sunday, and State or Federal Holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details if available.

Please note: During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. All shipments are sent via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by location, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier, including weather, incorrect addresses, or delivery attempts.

Returns & Refunds

Because we sell perishable snack products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food items.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging if applicable

We’ll be happy to make things right — either by reshipping the correct product or offering a refund, depending on the situation.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address and mailbox/porch area.

  2. Ask your household members or neighbors.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

If you're still unable to locate it, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
