What kind of snacks do you sell?
We make small-batch, Hawai‘i-inspired snacks based on recipes that have been passed down through families, friends, and neighbors. Our signature mix is that ono (delicious) blend of sweet, salty, crunchy, and addictive snack we grew up sharing at the beach, at the park, or over the fence with your auntie.

Would you consider product suggestions?
Absolutely — we love hearing from our community! Many of the best local snacks started in someone’s kitchen or backyard. My product doesn't taste right. What do I do?
Our snacks are made in small batches using time-honored recipes and real ingredients — but if something tastes off or not like what you expected, we want to know. Please email us at Contact@ChansIslandSnacks.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right because your satisfaction matters to us.

The product I want is sold out. Can I join a wait list?
We have wait lists for each snack, although we try to keep production up with demand so that we do not have this issue.

Do you have nutritional information or nutritional facts?
We do not have that information yet.

Will you donate to my school, organization, non-profit?
We will certainly consider it. Contact us through the contact form or send us an email with you request.

Where are you based?
We were founded by folks with roots in Hawai‘i, and we’re proud to share the flavors of the islands wherever you are. We currently ship from California, but everything we do is rooted in the spirit of aloha.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We currently ship anywhere within the United States. We’re working on expanding our reach — mahalo for your patience if you’re outside the U.S.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll usually receive your snacks in 2–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order hits the road.

Are your snacks gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan?
Where we grew up, we did not experience these diet restrictions much and did not develop the recipes with that in mind. Additionally, if you have an allergy, our snacks contain wheat, soy, milk, sesame seeds, and anchovies.

How should I store the snacks?
Keep your snacks sealed and stored in a cool, dry place — but let’s be real, they probably won’t last that long. If you're saving them (good luck), just make sure the bag is tightly closed between snack sessions.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
